Sudhir Kumar brings over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and factory operations. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with production teams, managing factory floors and overseeing day to day manufacturing activities. He has served as Plant Head in more than three factories, gaining extensive experience in production management, operational efficiency, and quality control. His practical knowledge of factory environments helps ensure that suppliers meet the standards and reliability expected by international buyers.
