Tushar leads Sourcea Global’s international procurement activities, working directly with overseas buyers and Indian manufacturers across the sourcing cycle. His work focuses on supplier identification and qualification, RFQs, commercial negotiations, precision metal and engineering component sourcing, supplier quality, inspections, and international logistics. He works closely with manufacturers and buyers to evaluate capability, cost, quality, lead time and supply risk from initial sourcing through delivery

Sudhir Kumar brings over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and factory operations. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with production teams, managing factory floors and overseeing day to day manufacturing activities. He has served as Plant Head in more than three factories, gaining extensive experience in production management, operational efficiency, and quality control. His practical knowledge of factory environments helps ensure that suppliers meet the standards and reliability expected by international buyers.
